~$2,100/mo saved

in a real Harris County, TX comparison. Plans start at $300/mo.

Real estate agents · Brokers · Consultants · Graphic designers · Software engineers · Contractors · Rideshare drivers · Restaurant staff · Seasonal crews ·

THE GAP

The benefits gap isn't a small group of people.

Independent contractors. Restaurant staff under the eligibility line. Seasonal crews. Rideshare drivers. Anyone at a company with no group plan. The individual market treats every one of them as a market of one, and prices them that way.

Group benefits cost less because the group absorbs the risk. The math was never the problem. The problem was that you had no group.

GigCare gives you one.

What proves it's real

A Schedule K-1. A Form 1095. A documented ownership relationship — not a membership card.

THE WORKING OWNER MODEL

You don't buy a plan. You join a group.

Population Science Management (PSM) is a data research company. It needs consistent, real-world health and consumer data from working people. In exchange for providing it, you become a Working Owner , a fractional equity owner of PSM.  Working Owner status is what opens access to PSM's group health benefit options.

STEP 01

Talk to a recruiter

A few quick questions with a ReachPoint recruiter, then an independent review. One phone call — no forms to figure out alone.

STEP 02

Become a Working Owner

Sign the Joinder Agreement. You hold a limited partner ownership interest in PSM.

STEP 03

Hold up your end

One survey a month through the Covered365™ app — a few moments. You're paid $10 for it.

STEP 04

Choose your benefits

GigCare or MaxGuard, for yourself or your family. A licensed advisor is there if you want one.

GigCare is not insurance. Eligibility to participate in PSM's employer-sponsored group health plan requires Working Owner status and meeting program requirements.

TWO WAYS IN

Most people know which one is theirs in about a minute.

The difference is how much you want covered and how much you want to pay. Both are available for an individual or a family.

Which one is yours?

Three questions. No email, no phone number.

If you were hospitalized tomorrow, what would the bill do to you?

Right now, which matters more?

How do you actually use care?

BEFORE YOU START

The fine print, up front.

No surprises. Here's everything the program asks of you, so you can decide before you ever pick up the phone.

One quick survey a month

One survey a month through Covered365 — a few moments, and you're paid $10 for it. It isn't optional; it's how the model works. Miss them and you get a three-month grace period, then the plan ends.

Specialty drugs aren't covered

Check your prescriptions before you enroll — your recruiter will check them against the formulary for whichever product you're considering.

You pay a month ahead

Your first payment is taken when your welcome letter goes out. After that you're billed on the 20th of each month for the month that follows — you always pay before the month you're covered, never after.

Leave any time after month one

Cancel any time after the first month. No term, no exit penalty.

Who handles what

The provider network is who you see for care. A separate administrator handles your claims, billing and questions — and our team is available too.

Bank account only, no cards

No cards. It has to be the same account your $10 survey payment is deposited into.

Enroll by the 23rd

Enroll by the 23rd to start on the 1st of the following month. Miss it and your start date moves out a month.

Not offered in 12 states

Neither GigCare nor MaxGuard is offered in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington or Wisconsin.

COVERED365™

QUESTIONS

Asked and answered.

  • No. GigCare is not insurance. Becoming a Working Owner of PSM is what makes you eligible to participate in PSM's employer-sponsored group health plan, subject to program requirements.

  • You sign a Joinder Agreement and hold a fractional limited partner ownership interest in PSM. In return for providing monthly health and consumer data, you're compensated and you receive a Schedule K-1 and a Form 1095 — the paperwork of a real, documented relationship.

  • A few moments. One survey a month, completed in the Covered365 app, and you're paid $10 for it.

  • You have a three-month grace period. Beyond that, the plan is cancelled — survey participation is what keeps you in good standing as a Working Owner.

  • Becoming a Working Owner is not always a good fit. If that happens, your recruiter will tell you on the call and walk you through other options worth looking at.

  • Yes. Both GigCare and MaxGuard are available for an individual or a family. You'll provide details for everyone you're covering during enrollment.

  • GigCare starts at $700 a month for an individual; MaxGuard starts at $300. Your actual rate depends on your age, location, family size and the plan you choose — call 866-840-0030 and a recruiter will give you your number.

  • Your first payment is taken when your welcome letter goes out. After that, you're billed on the 20th of each month for the month that follows. Payment comes from a bank account — the same one PSM deposits your survey payment into — not a card.

  • GigCare and MaxGuard each use a national provider network. Your ReachPoint recruiter can look up your doctors and check your prescriptions with you before you commit.

  • Any time after your first month. There's no term and no exit penalty.
